Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order for a recorded course or route placed on renomexxs.eu. Please read them before you pay. If you are a consumer, nothing in them takes away the rights the law gives you.
1 Who you are contracting with
The courses are sold by RENOMEX SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (in short, RENOMEX sp. z o.o., “we”, “us”), a limited liability company (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością) under Polish law, with its registered office at ul. Inwalidów Wojennych 10, 43-603 Jaworzno, Poland. The company is entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001037787; the register file is kept by the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice, 8th Commercial Division of the National Court Register. Its tax identification number (NIP) is 6252487890, its statistical number (REGON) is 525382831 and its share capital is PLN 5,000.00. You can reach us by email at hello@renomexxs.eu, or through the chat on this site.
2 What the courses are
Each course is a set of recorded video lessons on a renovation or finishing trade. A route is several courses sold together in a set order. The lessons are streamed online and cannot be downloaded. The exact content of each course — its units, the number of lessons and the running time — is shown on its course page at the moment you order.
The courses do not include a live trainer, marking, a practical assessment, or any certificate, qualification, licence or card. They are digital content within the meaning of Polish and EU consumer law.
The courses on ladders, mobile towers and scaffold, on roofs and on facades are awareness and explanation only. They do not replace the training or certification that an employer or national rules require, and they do not entitle anyone to erect scaffolding or to work at height.
You are responsible for working safely, for following the manufacturer’s instructions for the products and tools you use and for complying with the building rules where the work is done. Where those instructions or rules differ from a lesson, they take precedence.
3 Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and are final prices, tax included. The price that applies is the one shown in the cart when you place the order.
Payment is taken on a secure payment page run by our payment service provider. For the payment, our payment service provider acts as merchant of record (reseller): it processes the payment, calculates any tax due in your country, and may show its own name on your card or bank statement. It may offer to show the price in your local currency; if it does, the conversion rate and any conversion fee are shown to you before you pay, and you can choose to pay in euros instead. We never see or store your card details.
4 How an order is made
You add courses to the cart, give your name, email address and billing address at checkout, tick the consent box described in section 6 and continue to the secure payment page. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed.
After payment your order page opens at its own link. It shows your order reference, the courses you bought and the status of your access. Keep that link; it is also the quickest way for us to find your order if you write to us.
5 Access to the courses
We email your access details to the address you gave at checkout within one working day of your payment being confirmed. Access starts when we send those details, and lasts 20 months from that day.
To watch, you need a computer, tablet or phone with an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection. Any internet or mobile data charges are yours.
Access is personal to the buyer. You may not share your login, give or sell access to someone else, record, copy or publish the lessons, or show them to a paying audience. If we find that access is being shared, we may suspend it after telling you why.
6 Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the day it is made, without giving a reason.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends once supply has started, if you asked for supply to start before the 14 days are over and acknowledged that you would lose the right. This follows from article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 (ustawa o prawach konsumenta), which implements article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. At checkout you make that request and acknowledgement by ticking a box with the following words:
“I ask for access to start straight away and I understand that once access has started I lose the 14-day right to withdraw. I accept the Terms and the Privacy Notice.”
We confirm this request and acknowledgement in the email that contains your access details.
This means: until access starts — that is, until we send your access details — you may withdraw by email and we refund the full amount. Once access has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Your rights when a course does not work as described (section 8) are not affected.
7 How to withdraw, and refunds
To withdraw, send a clear statement to hello@renomexxs.eu before access starts, ideally with your order reference. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM
To RENOMEX sp. z o.o., ul. Inwalidów Wojennych 10, 43-603 Jaworzno, Poland, hello@renomexxs.eu: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content — followed by the name of the course or route, the date of the order and the order reference, your name, your address and the date (and your signature, if the form is sent on paper).
We confirm receipt by email. We refund the full amount within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree to something else. You pay no fees for the refund. Refunds are made through our payment service provider; how long they take to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.
If you change your mind after access has started, write to us anyway: we may agree to a refund as a gesture of goodwill, but we are not obliged to.
8 If something does not work: conformity and complaints
We must supply the courses in conformity with the contract, as described on the course page, for the whole access period. If you are a consumer, your rights when digital content does not conform are set out in chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. In short: you may ask us to bring the content into conformity (for example, to fix a lesson that does not play or restore missing lessons). If we cannot or do not do so within a reasonable time, or the lack of conformity is serious, you may ask for a reduction of the price or withdraw from the contract and receive a refund.
To complain, write to hello@renomexxs.eu with your order reference and a description of the problem. We reply within 14 days of receiving your complaint.
9 Business buyers
If you buy for your business, the consumer rights in sections 6 to 8 do not apply to you, with one exception: under article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act (and article 385⁵ of the Civil Code), a sole trader registered in the Polish business register (CEIDG) who buys a course for a purpose that is not professional in nature for their business has the same right of withdrawal, and the same conformity rights, as a consumer. Whether a purchase is professional in nature depends on the business activity shown in the register.
Other business buyers have no right of withdrawal. Our liability to them for lack of conformity follows the Polish Civil Code and is limited, as far as the law allows, to the price paid for the course concerned; we are not liable to them for lost profits or indirect loss.
10 Our liability
The courses explain methods and show examples; the work you do on site, and the way you do it, is your decision and your responsibility. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from work carried out by you or by people you instruct, or from not following the manufacturer’s instructions, building rules or safety requirements.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for damage caused intentionally, and nothing in them limits the statutory rights of consumers.
11 Changes to courses and to these terms
We may update lessons — re-film a step, correct an error, add material or bring a course into line with current products — during your access period. We will not remove content in a way that makes a course you bought substantially less than it was described when you ordered it. If a change affects your access or use negatively in more than a minor way, we tell you in advance by email, and as a consumer you may then end the contract free of charge within 30 days and receive a refund for the access period that remains.
We may change these terms for future orders. Your order is governed by the version in force when you placed it.
12 Law and disputes
These terms and every contract made under them are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
If we cannot settle a complaint between us, a consumer may use out-of-court ways to resolve it. In Poland these include the district or municipal consumer ombudsman (powiatowy lub miejski rzecznik konsumentów), mediation and the permanent consumer arbitration courts at the provincial inspectorates of Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Information on these bodies is published by the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). Consumers in other EU countries can ask the European Consumer Centre in their country for help with a dispute with a seller in Poland. Using these routes is voluntary for both sides.
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was closed in July 2025 and can no longer be used.
