The round button in the bottom right corner of every page opens a chat. A person reads it and answers there, not an automatic reply. If you might close the page before we answer, leave your email in the chat and the reply will reach you.

When we answer
We usually reply within one working day. Messages sent at the weekend are answered on the next working day.
